Our USP

Comtel BPO employs a variety of high-end tools and techniques to provide best-quality imaging services including scanning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). We are particularly adept at handling rare texts and other materials too brittle for flatbed scanning. These are scanned on a planetary scanner that does not require de-binding, thus minimizing any potential damage.

The electronic images produced can be saved in a variety of densities (dpi) and output formats such as TIFF, PDF, JPEG, GIF, CALS, and BMP. Documents of various sizes, as well as color and gray scale formats, can be accommodated.

With our OCR, you can search a vast database of document images for words, numbers, or phrases, resulting into easy and speedy review. Indices to the documents can also be coded and keyed to further enhance the retrieval process.
