Comtel conducts job guaranteed courses in form of On Job Training Programs (OJT). On Job Training Program (OJT) are targeted for fresh BE/B Tech/ MCAs. These OJTs are conducted on various technologies & tools like Java (Core & Advance), C++, Microsoft .Net and Oracle etc. Participants in the OJT programs take active part in Comtel's ongoing software projects. These programs have been hugely successful with trainees getting placement in organizations like Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Bharti Telesoft, TCS, Microland, Eastern Software, Reliance Infocom, and Infosys etc.

We also offer Project Based Training Program (PBT) courses are for final year engineering/ BCA/ MCA students. Comtel provides training as well as project experience for these final year students and this has been a great success. Presently Comtel is providing project training for students from NIT-Durgapur, HIT-Haldia, IGNOU etc.
